Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions are conditions that affect your joints, bones and muscles and sometimes tissues such as your nerves. Many people have long-term musculoskeletal conditions, such as arthritis and back pain, which affect nearly one third of the UK population.

Dementia

Dementia is not a natural part of ageing and can affect your memory and the way you speak, think, feel and behave.

Anxiety and depression

Mental health conditions can also be long-term; the most common are anxiety and depression.
