If payment is not received within 28 days, we will send you a statutory notice to pay the full amount or else make formal representations to us.

If your representations are rejected by us, and you are not satisfied, you can appeal to The Traffic Penalty Tribunal.

If payment is not received within 28 days of the Notice to Owner (NTO), the penalty charge will increase. It will be registered as a debt at the County Court and you will have 21 days to pay before payment is enforced by bailiffs.
