Establishment Portal The Establishment Portal is used for the administration of early education places. As all early education funding is administered through the Portal; providers must use it if they are delivering funded places in schools, private and independent settings. Access to the Portal is required to: Submit a headcount form which is the termly child level funding claim; Check 30 hours codes; Apply for Early Years Pupil Premium and Disability Access Fund; Securely exchange information with the Early Years Service. To use the Portal providers should be an approved early education provider and a portal access form must be completed for the staff member(s) access is required for.
