Housing advice Housing Options Service Trafford (HOST) provides housing and homelessness advice to all residents living within the borough of Trafford. If you need help or assistance with housing or homelessness, please contact HOST. HOST opening times You can contact HOST by calling 0161 912 5513. Alternatively, you can come into the office and talk to someone face to face. Every Wednesday morning the service is closed for staff training and opens at 1pm. If you become homeless outside of these hours, contact the Emergency Duty Team by telephoning 0161 912 2230. HOST is a busy service and it may be difficult to get through on the phone. If you wish to email the HOST mailbox is checked regularly. All non-urgent enquiries will be responded to within 3 working days. Interviews are held in private interview rooms and, where requested, a same sex officer will be available to offer advice.
