Altrincham Library Meeting Rooms

Altrincham Library has three meeting rooms available to hire. The rooms are flexible and can be booked in any combination - one room, two rooms or all three rooms.

Room facilities

  • Each room has tables, chairs, wifi and display equipment.
  • There is a shared beverage bay with glasses and jugs for cold drinks; mugs and vacuum flasks for hot drinks; plates.
  • The rooms can be opened up to provide one, two or three rooms.
  • All rooms have the use of the beverage bay.

Small meeting/interview rooms for under 5 people are available at £15 per hour (£10 per hour concessionary)

*Concessionary charges apply for registered charities and not for profit (NFP) organisations The charity number and Companies House number for NFP organisations is needed when booking.

Making a booking

  • The rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room.
  • Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the booking form.
  • Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed; payment must be made within 5 days of the confirmation.

We accept card and cash payments or can issue an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff.
