Altrincham Library currently has 2 meeting room options available to hire.

  • The Interview Room has tables, chairs and wifi

*Concessionary charges apply for registered charities and not for profit (NFP) organisations. The charity number and Companies House number for NFP organisations is needed when booking.

Making a booking

  • Rooms are available between 10:00am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri and 10:00am – 6:30pm Wed
  • The Meeting Rooms are bookable for a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking time should include time for setting up and clearing the room
  • Bookings will not be confirmed until you have filled in the booking form
  • Full payment will be required once the booking has been confirmed and payment must be made within 5 days of the confirmation
  • Complete our online booking form

Payment

We accept card and cash payments or can issue an invoice on receipt of a purchase order. Payment is only needed after confirmation of your booking is given by staff.
