Weekly Events

  • Chair yoga every Monday 1:30pm (£2.00 per session)
    Join us for 30 minutes of gentle stretches and breathing exercises. Suitable for all levels and abilities and no previous experience of yoga needed. No booking just turn up on the day (but spaces are limited).
  • Rhymetime for under 5s every Tuesday 11:00am - booking essential - email Urmston Library or ring 0161 912 3189.
  • Gentle mat yoga every Wednesday 10:30am (£2.00 per session)
    Please bring your own mat. No booking just turn up on the day (but spaces are limited).
  • Crochet Group: every Wednesday 1:00 - 3:00pm
  • Storytime for under 5s every Thursday 11:00am - booking essential - email Urmston Library or ring 0161 912 3189.

  • Davyhulme Quilters - 2nd and 4th Thursday every month (Room 2) 1:30-3:30pm
  • Page Turners readers' group - the third Tuesday of the month, 6:00pm
  • Scribblers writing group - third Saturday of each month, 1-3pm
  • Afternoon readers' group - the fourth Thursday of the month, 2:00pm
  • Crime Time readers' group - the last Friday of the month, 2:00pm

Items which are not in stock at Urmston Library but are available from another Trafford library can be requested free of charge.
