Trafford Council is a well performing, low cost Council. We are always striving to improve the service we offer to our customers by listening and responding to residents’ needs.

We are currently updating our Customer Pledge which describes our service standards - the levels to which you can expect us to perform to when delivering our services.

We will continue to deliver services in the most cost effective and efficient way to provide the best possible value for money for our customers.

Our approach

Our approach to customer service is about putting involvement with our customers at the heart of everything we do. It is based on the Council’s core values which have been developed by staff and councillors to guide the way we work together to deliver even better services for our customers.

We want everyone to know the level of service they can expect from us so that you can be sure you’ll get the same standard wherever and whenever you make contact with the Council.
