If you are interested in filming in one of our buildings or outdoor spaces, including a park or an adopted highway, send a completed Filming in Trafford form to filmingenquiries@trafford.gov.uk.
Enquiry forms should be submitted at least seven working days before your proposed shoot date.
If your filming includes road closures, we require seven weeks' notice. You need to submit an additional temporary road closures form with your filming application. Find more information about Temporary road closures in Trafford.
To proceed with a booking, you will also need to send us:
- Evidence of your public liability insurance
- Site-specific risk assessment
- Confirmation of invoicing details
- Purchase order number, if applicable
