You can apply for a Council Tax exemption if everyone living in the property has a severe mental impairment.

How to apply

You can apply in one of two ways:

  1. Use your online Council Tax account.

    Apply for an exemption

    You will also need to download the exemption form (below) and ask your GP to complete the doctor’s section.

  2. Download and complete the exemption form.
