If you disagree with a decision we have made about your Council Tax Support claim, let us know by completing the online form below.

You need to submit this form within one calendar month of the date on your decision notice.

We will take into account the reasons why you disagree with our decision. We will look at your claim again and write to you within two months.

If we do not change the decision in your favour, or after two months have passed, you can make an independent appeal. Visit the Valuation Tribunal Service website to make a Council Tax Reduction/Support Appeal.
