How to apply
Before you apply, please read the essential information about events in parks.
If you submit your application without the supporting documents, your application will not be considered as submitted until the documentation is received.
If you do not send your supporting documentation in with the 8-week lead-in period, you may be required to move your event date back. Incomplete applications will be rejected, and you will be required to reapply.
Supporting documents:
All finalised and completed documentation must be included when submitting your application, including:
- Event insurance policy number and expiry date
- Site plan (you can use one of our downloadable Trafford Park maps)
- Details of street or park furniture you would like moved, including bin hire
