LGBTQ+ specialist support

  • Call the National Helpline for LGBT+ Victims and Survivors of Abuse and Violence on 0800 999 5428, or get more information and support on the Galop website.
  • The LGBT Foundation offers domestic abuse services for LGBTQ+ individuals in Greater Manchester. They also have refuge accommodation for victims fleeing abuse.
  • Trafford Domestic Abuse Services (TDAS) offers services for LGBTQ+ victims of domestic abuse.
  • akt provides support to young LGBTQ+ people who are at risk of homelessness.
